Hi All,
Can any one help me with recognition schemes which can be launched in a company to motivate employees.
What kind of awards,how to recognize the efforts of the employees?
Our company is based in 8 locations and HR is based in Delhi.Keeping this in mind ,need to design an recognition award scheme.
Please advise and help.

Hi Hitesh,
Thanks for the wonderful suggestions.
But as i said i need to implement the scheme in different locations as HR is based only in Delhi.Need to have a single recongnition policy.
Also,we are running different small motivational programmes.But now we want to have a monthly award policy which will recognise efforts of the individuals and reward in terms of money is given to the employee.
My question is how to we identify,what process needs to be followed as our company has 400 employees.
