Vinika, Presentation is very well done. Keep it up !! I liked the Quadrants you used the different kinds of customers' expectations. I think I am going to use them. That is very well thought. I dont know but until I see the Facilitator's Guide if you did include any of the Role Plays and Games that will supplement the PPT. Great Work !!
