Travel Booking

1. Air Travel: Prefer Economy class instead of Business Class for all category of Employees
2. Cab Booking : Always hire 2-3 vendor and use low Rate Cabs instead of luxurious Cabs.

Courier: Contract with 2-3 Courier Companies and send courier priority wise.

I m agree with roshni to use scan / mail instead of courier.

Electricty

Instruct Security / Office boys to switch off the lights / Ac after working hours.

Manpower

You can reduce manpower in h/K or Security depend on your company profile by scheduling their shifts.
