I am wrking as a HR Executive in a recruitment firm..my job profile is shortlisting candidate and line up them for interview for insurance job.I m wrking on this profile since 5 month..bt now i feel very bored wit my work..its beeing very difficult joining of candidate for insurance jobs..My boss appreciated me only time wen my reffered candidate joining being confirmed..bcas only then he will get incentives...i m wkring very hard on my profile so i can provide maximum canddidate for insurance jobs..even per day minimum 3 candidate of mine are giving interview for insurance jobs..Dear Senior as u all know tat its how being difficult even find out candidate who is interested for insurance job..

But now what i feel tat my hard work is not appreiciated by my boss.He only focus on no.of joining candidate not on my hard work..My office time 9:30 to 7pm..My daily office routing is shortlisting candidate, headhunting (work on referral basis), and line up for interviews..Now i feel very unsatisfied and demotivated of my job bcs of my hard work is not counted..Its just like that "You have to move Heavy Rock from one place to another place..and u wil be appreicated only wen u are able to move rock..it does not matter how mch effort u r putting on this"..

So i want to quit my job...I have done PGDBM in HR..Please guide me senior what should i do...? I want to make my carrer in hr..kya yeh sahi hai ki mai apnee job continue kroo...?Consultancy ka exp hr me career banane ke liye count hota hai ya nhi....plsssssssssssssss guide me..as u guide ur younger brother...

I had a similar start in my career.
after 1 yr of working in a consultancy, i realised that it was nt my cup of tea.
i can truely relate with your situation.....
c i would be very frank...consultancy experience is nt gonna help u later on in getting a generalist hr profile....coz organisations today look for ppl who actually hav hr gen exp...coz der is no dearth of recruiters...as der r n noumber of consulting firms...d longer u stay here,d more diff uface later on....so dont quit ur jobcoz i did dat mistake....
start looking for another asap....

Hi Neeraj,
Give some time as you career just started. Job change is not a salutation, try to collect more knowledge of HR filed and Recruitment is a first step.
1. You can also do one thing try to do perform well and do work on deferent- different profile eg. Retail, sales, IT,Telecom etc.
Donít be frustrate with you job , give some time and try to learn .
