According to BOCW Act 1996 the employer should get registered itself for a construction work (as per condition) and the application is to be made to Registering officer. I want to know what is the actual address of the Registering officer and under which Ministry this officer is working? I have searched Ministry of Labour extensively but unable to find. Please if anybody could help or suggest shall be highly appreciated.

This BOCW Act is being enforced by the Labour Department. Therefore first see which is your appropriate Govt. i.e. Central or State & then visit the nearest office regarding the applicability of this Act in that state & the R O.of the area.

This is to inform you that my area of working is Haryana state & after going through this BOCW Act & its Haryana Rules of 2005 I do not find any provision relating to grant of leaves & therefore, I hope in your state also you will not find any leave rules.
