Dear All,
My name is Ekta, I have done MBA HR and have more than two and a half years of exprience and I am working with a reputed Service provider Company...........
some of my friend suggests me to do CS (Company Secretary)
which will be a value addition for my carrer.
Now I am confused what to do?
The combination of MBA HR and CS will really work?
Please suggest!!!!!!!!
Warm Regards;
Ekta

Hello Ekta,
I wouldnt say No- but it is not absolutely necessary as a value addition unless you are planning to specialise in company laws and so on. It all depends on which area of HR are you planning to dig deep.

Hi madhvi(khushi sharma) & Ekta..
I Would suggest both of u..Since u r in MBA Hr category ,the degree of CS won't be relavant and not helpful too.
Rather than that u shud go for LLB.Because Being in HR you will have to face many legal issues.In that your degree and high level of knowledge relating various law would be helpful
