Leadership traits and categories are well introduced in this presentation. The title of issues in leadership in the last slide looks inappropriate, please check!
I conducted a research on leadership in community managed natural resources in a few countries way back in the year 1999. Some common conditions that communities across different countries mentioned were (in order of priority):
Honesty
Ability carry all members along
Clarity and articulation
Better educated/knowledgeable than themselves
Ability to negotiate with the government, powers and other stakeholders
Later when I checked many other peoples from industry, academics and urban centers have expressed similar views on the leadership acceptability.

Or you could have chosen only this aspect of leadership, as many companies might have found useful. You can take this as my suggestion and prepare another ppt on transformational leadership.
