Hi All
Kindly help me to prepare the best KRA's, it will be for the recruitment team(TL)...They will be handelling team of 2-3 recruiters, team is divided into different line of business and so dio the TL's. Please suggest the best way to give these KRA's to them. Waiting for your response.

I need some feedback on how to draft the KRA for a recruitment manager based on the 4 quadrant ie customer, operational, people and financial. What are the key tasks that should be reflected under each quadrant. Thanks in advance for the response.

Pls find below some of the important KRA's for Lead-Recruitments.
Point of contact for any escalations from clients.
Distributing the requirements evenly to the team members.
Monitoring the daily productivity of the team members.
Identifying the needs of training at different levels.
Setting up the target for the team at different levels (CV outflow / Interviews / Offers / Joinings)
quarterly review of recruiter’s performance.

I a working in a Human Resource Consulting firm(Recruitment firm). I have to prepare KRA's for Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Lead - Recruitment and Delivery Head - Recruitment post.
Would request if anyone can help me to prepare KRA's
