I found small corrrection i the ESI-Coverage
of employees
Drawing wages
upto Rs.10000/- per month
engaged either directly or thru’ contractor

Employee's Gross amount margine is 15000

1. In case of Retail Business (Showrooms) which additional acts are applicable.
2. In case we are adhering to compliance do we have to maintain some sort of special records for each act of our HR Policies and Salary Files and accounts are sufficient for satisfying the officer from respective departments.
Kindly advise.
