Dear Joshua - I have the following feedback for you:
1) A Public poll is to find out whether the attachment was useful or not - unfortunately I dont see any options in your poll that provide the user to select : a) Not useful b) Needs more alteration or even c) Can be improved further, etc.
Seems like you demand for a positive reply.
2) The attachment: Its good - and needs a lot of editing. Can be used by Organizations that have a lot of people in the HR team, and can spare time to fill in the details.

Excellent work,even i also like to work like u well im also working on leave status I refer your sheet for reference bt i found it perfect. Bt i hv some query on the same, if we reuired leave status for the month than we also have to generate the month wise MIS for leave.
