Hai! Manish,

First and foremost that you have to consider is your health. Please dont get frustrated or upset for any reason. Since your health will be spoiled. U might have heard about a saying, " Sound Mind Is A Sound Body ".

If our mind sounds good, will defintely land safe. I wanted 2 specify about trust/confidence tat everyone should possess. I am not saying that you dont have one. Sometimes we loose hope n trust when our expectations fail. Please dont let ur confidence down or under estimate urself at any situation.

Always stay relaxed and the confidence in you will find ways/solution for your problem.

One of the ways tat ur mind suggested is right. Which has directed u to post ur inquiry to get some suggestions from dis site. U will definitely see a positive result. Seniors are always der to direct you.

As everyone has mentioned, ur qualification is a big plus for ur career hunt. Its good tat u have uploaded ur resume in the job portals and applied in various consultancy.

U can always start as a Recruiter in a company or a consultancy until u reach ur dream designation r ur dream profile. I believe der r openings available for dis designation at any season. Even if the recruiters are not calling you, y dont u make dem 2 call u. Allocate some time to search for the designation that you wld like to apply for. U can search that in all the job portals and search engine like google. Send ur resume to all the companies which needs a source like u.

Ur words in d sentences, should convey ur interest towards that profile. This is when ur mailing them, along with ur resume.

Do update your knowledege from your seniors and books according to the domain that u've chosen. Always motivate urself and encourage every small progress, that you have made.

Eventhough you have been knocked down for 99 times. U shld stand up and say that i am ready for 100th knock. This doesn't mean that ur ready to fail, it means ur not ready to give up, no matter how many times u will fail. Ur 100th knock says that ur getting read for another try or attempt to c d result. I believe this message is from the english film named " Rocky ". I am sorry, if i have mentioned the film name incorrectly.

And dont forget about freelancing jobs. Life will always find its own way. Always stay focused on ur goal. I think, i am mentioning 2 much. Anyway, i believe atleast any one of my sentences will give u a lead to ur career and ur life.

All the best. If i find any openings realted to HR in chennai, i will definitley let u know.

Hi Manish

As a senior HR professional, having interviewded thousands of fresh canidates, I will advcise you as under:

Identify the career you want to be in, if in HR, prepare yourself thoroughly in some of the recent developments and also the labour laws as I see you have done LLB. The reason why you might stand out especailly in a manufacturing environment is that most regular MBA HR guys are poor on the labour front.Check out latest case laws, including today's report of a new ruling on the workman concept ( bombay high court).

Another suggestion is to get your CV written by a professional ( may cost you a few thousands) these guys know what a recruiter is looking for and how to position yourself.

And third, be confident for the 101st interview even if you have flunked the earlier ones. For the current interviewer, you are a fresh candiate and any indication that you have been unsuccessful does not really concern him and may go against you.

All the best Manish, cheer up.

You are good at studies and getting degrees. Did you try for a teaching job? Again, did you not try being a lawyer, after your Ll.B? It does not need any selection or appointment.
