First see carefully which of the labour enactments such as Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, The Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, Equal remuneration Act etc. are applicable to your Hospital & then go through relevant provisions relating to display/exhibition of different notices at the premises.
