Great Effort and Kudos to you. We may a lot of laws . But we do not create awareness why a particular law has been made and what is the benfit it accrues to the society. Since there is very low percentage of awareness on the Benefits, it is mostly paper compliance and physical compliance. Many small companies are not aware of the laws and become gullible for threats of punishment for non compliance.which leads to corruption. This presentation will be a good tool for creating the awareness. Thanks a lot.

Dear Mr. Shiv,
Pls amend the ppt Maximum Gratuity limit is Rs.10,00000 ( Ten LaC not Rs. 3.5 lac as mentioned in the PPT in the same way there are few amendmentas in the Payment of Bonus Act & ID Act.
