Hi Ishita, Welcome to our CiteHR family.
MBA with specialization in HR Management allow us to develop a general set of management skill in many aspects.
Human Resource Management focuses on the skill that are required to be effective organizational managers.
The MBA is not an end in itself, but a means to an end. It is a degree designed to give you the ability to develop your career to its fullest potential, at an accelerated pace. What will you get out of an MBA? Aside from a powerful life experience.
These program teach human resource development, the legal aspects of management and strategic human resource management.
