Dear Mr. RN Khola
should we deduct the LWF during the time of FNF settelement.
e.g.
our one employee left company on 20 june 2016, we are in the process of his FNF on same date, so should we deduct LWF or Not from his june salary.
Please all clarify.
Dear Mahesh, For deduction of LWFC we are to see that the employee is on the rolls of the establishment on the last day of the month & he has earned wages. Regards, R N KHOLA
Dear All,
We have registered our employees on portal, but some of employees left the job. How can we update their relieving date on portal.

Dear Sher Mohammed,
This is to inform you that employees are not got registered on portal. You may have got Registration under either Factories Act, 1948 or Punjab Shops Act, 1958. Under Shops Act we are to upload the list of employees as on date. Now if some of employees have left the establishment then you are to give intimation to the Inspector of the area in Form G within week's time under section 13(iv) of this Act.

Dear All seniors,
I just want to know the procedure to edit/delete some ex-employees from the 'active employees list' which is reflecting when I'm trying to pay the LWF contribution online. Please guide.
Thanks & Regards,

Dear Vijay,
If your units is in Haryana then you can approach the o/o area Labour Welfare Officer for this difficulty. If are from Delhi then approach the o/o Welfare Commissioner, Delhi Labour Welfare Board, Delhi.

Respected Mr. R.N. Khola,
I have one query related to ESIC contribution payment of job work within my company premises. Do I need to register the contractor just like other IP members (regular employees) and then pay the corresponding contribution or is there any other procedure to pay the contribution?
Hi,
As i can check - Haryana Labour welfare for exit employees who have left in the mid month is not accepted online. however, any associate working till last day of month. then his amount is LWF is calculated. Is there any rule change or notification on this. Cos earlier during the manual submission we deducted full amount irrespective to working till end of month.
Awaiting your response..!!
Regards
Neeraj
