Dear sri. Balaji,
the ppt was good because of the good wordings used and beautiful nature's photos included. There appears a mistake in the slide no.29 the wordings should be "a problem before it becomes emergency" instead of "a problem before it becomes and emergency". If i am correct, members can effect this small correction and use it. Once again thanks to balaji for this posting.

Dear Sri S.R Balaji,
You have posted a very good presentation.
I read it after two years and it is still refreshing.
Some minor observations are as under.
Slide no 4
DON,T BE AFRAID...... is incorrect punctuation.
Instead, it should read DONíT BE AFRAID..........
Slides 5 and 11 both speak about ill effects of argument.
Argument (invariably ?) arguably wastes time!!
Slide 28
One of the tests of leadership is the ability to recognise
a problem before it becomes and emergency.
I think the last three words should be read as
..........becomes an emergency.
