Hi,
ours is a service industry, where many of our executives and managers are provided with cell phones. Each one has different ring tones, some cine songs too, which irritate others.
What do we do to have a corporate ringtone. I am planning to introduce corporate ringtone.
Any one can help me with their experience. We have Corporate tie up with Airtel for mobile communication.
Is there any service provider to provide a corporate ringtone. or Airtel does this?
Appreciate your inputs / solutions.

hi,
i have a suggestion.
you can ask your employees to have their cell phones on vibrating mode.
we follow the same practice and its very helpful.
It also help to maintain a discipline in the office.

i think ringtone is a personal matter what you can suggest is to keep the ringtone in a lower volume. People do get irritated at time bcoz of loud ringtones, but handle it with care...
You can suggest initially that the employees keep the mobiles in vibrating mode and if complaints increase still....then impose a policy......
