VERY NICE PPT
KEEP POSTING
A Question I have in my mind, which we are facing in our organization is as follows.
The two female employees are quite open in their dress code but when they are communicating face to face with male Employees, then during conversation they start covering themself by hand, folder or by paper. and sometimes it becomes very insulting for male person.
Many times some males are complaining that they dont want to speak with those ladies. Some times they say that I am going to speak with her and see, she will start covering herself
What should be our behavior in this setuation
Thanks

Hello Nadeem,
Dress Code Policy
The Company maintains a business casual working environment. All employees should use discretion in wearing attire that is appropriate for the office and customer interaction.
During normal business hours, employees are required to be appropriately dressed and groomed. Appropriate dress and neat grooming helps to create a professional environment that is customer friendly and which will enhance the effective operation of the company. Appropriate dress code is the generally accepted office dress code that’s an accepted practice in the industry and other similar office environments. Exceptions to this are allowed on special occasions – holidays, special personal day for the employee and festivals.
Thanks
Ajitha

Dear Giridhar - Good One!

@Nadeem,

Its best to talk to female employees and check with them if they have ever felt insecure with any of the male colleagues at work.

During college days, our super seniors used to call the girls in my class and in the name of ragging used to literally torture them by their looks, and I an tell you - they never used to look at a girl on her face and talk, but look elsewhere and talk (you know what I mean).

So - as a method to stop them doing this dirty thing - whenever we used to cross these guys, we intentionally kept a bunch of folders / books with us and distributed it to all the girls in the group and cover behind that and walk - we did this in the assembly, we did this in a national seminar, we also did this in front of their HOD's - that was it! Those guys were not there anywhere around us after that :-). Most importantly - when we see them coming from far, we used to make it very obvious that all of us were getting conscious and covered ourselves completely with our duppatta.

So please note that girls do it to make it look like a conscious effort to protect them from such creatures who literally have it written on their face!

"I would request you to find that from the girls if they ever felt there was a problem. If they dont seem to have any problem - then you need to tell them that everyone feels that they are looked down upon as people who dont have manners and even wanted to re assure the girls that they are only having professional motives behind their conversation, and would apologize if they have previously shown / acted in a different manner that has made these girls a little scared/worried."

Talk these things out. Its better.

Deargiridhar,
thanks for your ppt. Ongoing through the ppt, i find the words that you have used could have been a little better. Choice of words could have been carefully chosen. Because of this lacunae, the effect of what you wanted to convey appears reduced. Considering your vast experience, high level of education, your way of advertising yourself, the members would definitely expect much more. All these i am suggesting so that you can still improve and come out brilliantly well. My good wishes to you.

Thanks Ash
Nice to see your responce for my problem.
Actually I was not fully agree with your sugessions but decided to go ahead as per your comments.

First of all I disagree with the point that boys should look on the face only and should never see elsewhere.

Ash this is not possible, this is a natural thing, If there is sweet then Flies & ants are obvious. If we need to protect sweet from Ants and flies we must protect it by covering and keeping at safe place, For a small period you can protect the sweets by Hand /fan, but always no chance. impossible. You will always says what a bad flies/ants are these, always comming on the sweets, they dont have any thing else to eat.

After reading your comments, I thought to apply it,
So
the next day I got a point of discussion and went to first lady, Unfortunatly or fortunatly she was much less weard than normal that day. We started the discussion, I made sure that I will look only on her face or on the table. But after a few minuites I noticed that I am looking on her face and speaking and she looked on her open area below the neck and covered it by magzine.
So I asked her why are you covering yourself, did you noticed any time that I looked there. She told no no this is not, but I am not a shameless girl. I should not sit like this in front of you.
Then I Could not control myself and told her that you are a shameless girl and in order to attract my eyes there you are trying to cover yourself. If you feel that this is matter of shame, you should not wear such type of cloths.
Ash in my openion this is matter of attraction and curiosity, every one not of same nature. but for myself and many of my friends working with me I can say that we always try to keep eye to eye contact, dont look anywhere else, but If one or two times for second if our eyes are going to othere parts it should be acceptable. because it is not conteneous.
But if some one has the problem for that he should not wear such cloths.

(Believe me Ash I my self can say that it becomes a very difficult job for me to avoide looking on those open areas which should not be open. Thease two ladies always tried to give us hard time by their clothings, but thanks God, they both are changing them self )

This is a very interesting presentation. I think that the big deal is to agree. I, too, give similar archives of my own processes. I write articles on various topics. Students often reciprocate this and use it https://uk.paperell.com/buy-essay as an auxiliary resource. I am glad that the economic aspects are taken into account
