Job Description

Purpose:

As a HR this person is responsible for managing the following activities:

Identifying and recruiting people for different departments of the organization

Managing day to day operations

Vendor relationships

General Administration

Leave/travel management

Employee welfare

Preparation of policies and handbook

Understand US VISA processing norms

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Must have prior HR experience more than 4 years in a IT industry related companies

Very good communication and inter personal skills is a must

Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is a must

Previous experience in setting up a new facility for an established US company is a plus.

Ability to work individually without much supervision

Self motivated and able to take initiatives based on needs.
