the motivation may differ from person to person. for some money can be the big motivation or office atmosphere for few... but i would like to point out that moral boosters and employee retention tactics are confused with the real motivation factors. as we all know an external motivation is for a short span. the real motivation being the environment created in office for employees by conducting few management classes, encouraging creativity,....
