According to Bombay Shop and Establishment Act- For first, second or subsequent offences, fine of Rs.10 which may extend to Rs.1500
Delhi - Fine, which shall not less than 25 and which can extend upto 250 rupees.
Karnataka - On contravention of provisions of scetion 4 to 7,9to 16,24 25 39 shall, on conviction, be punished vth fine which for first offence may extend to 250 rupees.
