Hi ,
i am a year 2008 MBA - Finance pass-out, from 1 year i work two companies
through consultancy for one year but due to some problem i want to go for
my native so i inform to reporting manager but i not told to consultancy, after
some days i ask my experience letter but they refuse to give, then i
requested so many times they are telling that if they provide experience
letter they mentioning that he is not performing well like this they are
threating me so i again not interested to ask...my main field is finance now i
am planning to join the company . I am hard worker i work for 12 hours day
for that company, i am good performer also, so i am getting job means i am
not worry about the work but when i am going for interview, pannel members
are asking what did u do this 1 year
i am not able to answer this question .
please help me , what to tell them about this 1 year gap. after my MBA to till now. [ 1 year ].

Be honest. tell them the truth that u wanted to shift to your native place at that time. You never know how people are connected and how they can find out things
Plus you havent done anything wrong so why lie?

tell the truth but not the whole truth.
if u wanted to go to your native and left your previous employment tel them a believable reason like somebodyof your family serious health problems,or family proprerty tusslesor something like that.But the employment part tell the truth.
