Hi,
I would like to know what should the company do on their 10th year completion. How should we go about..for eg.what gift should we give to the employees and how do we celebrate..fun..games or anything else.
Overall how do we make employees happy on Company's anniversary.
I would like to have your opiniion on this at the earliest!!

Hi Ruchi,
You can celebrate in numerous ways, recently on our anniversary we had arranged for a gathering. The entire org had lunch together and interacted with each other.We summed it up with an in-house cultural program and conducted our quaterly R&R program. At the end of the show we distributed company momentos and summed it up with an inspirational speech from our CEO.
Hope you can devise a Anniverasry celebration to remember.

Hi!
Our company celebrated its 10th anniversary two years back. We had an amazing get together for all employees including important customers, suppliers, business associates etc. The staff were invited along with their families. A momento and a cheque was awarded to all employees who had completed ten years too!!!
It was an evening to remember for all staff!
However, what you do depends on what you think your employees would cherish more: a momento or an evening together or even both.

Hi Ruchi,
Our Anniversary is being organised this weekend. All the employees are invited along with their families. We are going out to a nearby resort and would be spending the whole day there.
The schedule of the same is attched for your reference.
1. Arrival at the resort
2. Fun games & team building activities
3. Lunch
4. Awards ceremony - recognition for achiever, long standing employee, mentor, etc....
5. DJ - evening
6. Dinner
7. Leave resort @8.30pm

already some people have suggested you how to celebrate the occasion
as an HR you need to address and welcome eveyone to what ever the party you arrange something like MC don't forger to arrange for games
you mix up all the Dpts and make a group and then conduct the games so that the employees will get to know each other well and it will be fun also
you can give them a T shirt or any kind of gifts and grand dinner etc ofcourse someone should raise the toast

Hi Ruchi,
Yeaterday only we cleberated our Tenth Year Anniversary. We invited all Employees of our company with Family,Vendors and Clients In Starting there was a speech with a brief our company by our CEO in Le Meridien than Cake cutting and Champaigne Bottle was opened. Then we had dinner even coctail arrangement was there and we arrnged for Good DJ. Every body danced and Enjoyed a lot.
If possible you can make it for Two day where in secoond day you can make teams and arrange for some competiotions where only employees will be there no clients and vendors.

Dear Ruchi Anniversary marks the progress of any organization, in the annals of time.
you need to institutionslise this occasion by creating a powerful platform for your employees to rededicate to the organisation's growth and prosperity.
Your CEO should address the employees and give them direction and purpose.This is ok for a small organization with unitary location. But multiple and widespread locations need different formats.
you may appreciate senior staff with momentos and ask them to share their journey in the coy.Make them feel great and respected.
Also recognize outstanding performers and great suggestions and breakthros...
Use the day to reinforce you core values and propagate them.
Arrange for a photo session CEO meeting all around.
Garnish it with culturals and dinner but build these as Mainmenu...
