Dear Bindhu,
As I have already told this is a State Act & it is not necessary that different States have same provisions & State Labour Welfare Boards have also announced different welfare facilities for their workers/employees.The definition of the beneficiaries i.e. worker/employee may also be different in different states. In these circumstances it is not possible for me to tell you in general.

I am working for Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd, we are planning to include LWF to the our Payroll module, So If we want to generate reports what all reports will be helpful for the users and as statutory report we need to generate Only Form D or any more reports are there
