Hai,
Once an employee joining in a organization first you need to Fill Form1 ESIC Declaration From and collect Two family photo graphs, we need to submit Form1 along with Form 3 in ESIC Branch office before 10 days of DOJ of employee.
For Pf we need to collect From 2 Nomination form from Employee and submit in EPF Department

hi pratap
it is not easy to tell all the pf and esi formalities in one line. it is not just form 1 or form 2. it is a statutory function. therefore you have to check some more details before taking the job. when an employee joins, you have to check whether he / she comes under such coverage, tell age factor, family status, whether already covered etc.,
for further details feel free to ask.

If an employee join in our organization who was already covered under ESIC in previous Company whom he/she left.
In this case should we have to issue new PIC to the employee or can he/she use old PIC issued by previous Employer.
kindly advise and describe the formalities and compliance
