Seprate registration of branch office under shops & establisment act
Dear sir my query is as under 1. we are a company incorporated under the company act. 2. our factory & head office situated in dehradun. 3. we have branch office/ sales office in gurgoan hariyana where 45 employees are working. 4. our factory & head office have all necesessary registration under factories act & other labour laws. 5. i want to know do we need a seprate registration of our branch office in gurgoan under the hariyana shops & estabhlishment act. please help regards raj_1234

Hi friends for your kind information please please do not post email id in your threadseven though cite hr bans new members not to post their email id s but some people who already in this forums are posting their id s or phone numbers but it is misused by some one..why am saying this is we are giving email id or phone numbers for useful purposes or seeking any help regarding our work related problems. that is we are seeking for guidance.but some give request in social networking sites..and always disturbing us.if we get useful solutions it is well and good .but if it is misuse so be careful while posting your mail id s or phone numbers on any website. as a well wisher for all am posting this ..any mistake kindly regret.. : my advice : before you post ianywhere/i be sure you know what s going to happen to your email address when you do. thank you and regards varsha
Can we terminate employee if he sends message every 2 days that he would like to extend leave for uncertain period
Dear all we have one situation here. one of our employees is on unscheduled leave since february 13 2020. he sends messages every two days that his mother is not well and he does not know by when he will be able to join the office. however he does not talk on the phone. in our hr policy it is mentioned that if you are on leave for consecutive 3 days without informing the employment will be terminated with immediate effect. but he sends the message every third day saying his mother is not well and he is not sure when he will be able to resume the work. can we legally terminate the employee? he does not pick up anyone s phone from the office. we tried reaching from the different numbers as well but he cuts the phone off once he knows that we are calling. please guide. thanks mansi
Background verification - third party vendor is forcing me to give phone numbers of reporting managers
I have recently accepted an offer. as most company does they will do background check for which they have hired a third party vendor. however the third party vendor is forcing me to give phone numbers of reporting managers of all your previous organizations. there are few problems 1. my current manager has not shared the phone number i just have the manager s official email address. 2. i am not in contact with all my previous managers. hence i do not have their contact details 3. one of my previous organization is sold off so again no contact details does this mean my background will never be verified and i am always at risk of not getting an offer from a good organization. this is because i am being told that i have to give the phone numbers
Office phone damaged
From my office one of the staff have damaged mobile phone screen break and getting lines in phone screen . he submit the phone and i came to know that phone is damaged now i want to write a letter to higher authority to inform about the damaged phone. please suggest me how to write a letter regarding same.
Uan numbers for new employees - seeding of aadhar details has become mandatory
Dear all i am not able to get uan numbers for new employees due to problem with seeding of aadhar details which has become mandatory. every time it is showing mismatch of the data of birth etc. in the absence of uan numbers it is not possible to remit the pf contribution in respect of new employees. no suggestion from pf office except to say it is mandatory which ever body knows. this is not the fault of employer who is feeling pinch of it. please let me know solution.
