what’s the plan like? I mean, how many games are you planning to play in how long (allocation of time)? Then we could discuss the games.. :)

Hi Nimisha,
For planning games or other fun@work activities, you will ahve to define the work group that you have.
Types of games and liking of employees varies with role, level, age of employees.
Would suggest that you state some more details on your target group.

Hi Nimisha,
I know its kinda late since you wrote this post, but 've just joined and saw your post. Understand that such books are available in Crosswords and other such book stores that sell management books and the games are very entertaining and also have a learning in it....
hope this helps.

Dear all,
The concept of Fun and games is of recent origin. General mind and tongue twisting words, opportunity plays, simple and sound building concepts, physical exercises, meditation, pranayamam are some of the long list of the concepts that anybody can think of. It does not require any big logic or intelligence. If you analyse for some time as to what you enjoy and do not enjoy you will come to know many things.
Ensure -- the most important part-- that there is no element or scope of vulgarity, obsecene, indirect and hidden useless message which do not contribute to the enhancement to the goodness of mind or body in your games.
If the participants are youngsters there is a limit for everything. This is a practical experience for all of us.
Whether it is named fun or in any term the ultimate objective has to be enhancement of one's inner personality and it contributes to the society which includes family, office and public members.
Good luck.
