Hi,
can explan when an employee went to maintanty leave for 3 month but after 3 compeet 3 month the doctor said that she not well, she is rest extra 3 month. what can i do can you tell me. she is continue her attandance register or not

Management should inform Policy, when and there changes immediately. They can’t have the rights to give a direction while submitting the resignation.

This will be unprofessional from the companies side to back step, while the candidate is moving for better opportunity. If the company has mentioned in the appointment letter 1month period, then one one has the right to stop you after giving the notice, depend upon ur terms with the HOD also.
If any written note on chnage in notice period is signed by you, then you have to follow the companies rules.

To my knowledge a company must intimate employees if their are any changes to its HR policies. So the answer is NO they cannot change it.
