Coverage under pf act:
Coverage under pf act: total staff strength of our organization is 22 nos. out of which only two person is drawing basic da rs. 6500/ p.m. & others are drawing more than rs. 6500/ p.m. as basic da. i would request my seniors to advise me as to whether our organization will be required to take registration under providend fund & misc act. since the number exceeded 20 & above. in the event if we are covered under the pf act only two employees will be covered on account of payment of pf contribution & rest employees are outside the purview of pf act since they are drawing more than rs. 6500/ p.m.
