I am working as a customer relationship executive in a psu bank with 4lac per annan since last 6 months my sole job is sourcing new business to my bank both liablity as well as asset side and promoting cross selling. But my prime interest area is HR as i completed my MBA in HR and Finance due to the recession period i got through a marketing job right now i want to switch over from my job but as right now i am considered to be a fresher i am getting the option of HR job with a very low package. so what should i do right now to get a good HR job with at least a reasonable package what should be my carrier planning?

Opting for HR job is not a bad idea.. At the same time accepting a low package offer is like degrading your professional capabilities.... Try looking out for a HR job in the same inductry in which you have been working untill now...Again its all about your self satisfaction and if you are confident about building your career in HRM even after stepping down for a lower package its fine and no worries...

thx a lot sir if i am not wrong you are suggesting about the job rotation or the internal movement? Is it possible to get a job in 2 functional area like i will work in the field of marketing and hr as well
