Please keep in mind that if u fall that fall should be like as a seed that grows back to fight again. Good luck for next time.

Problem is not, either they informed the interviewee or not. but it is attitute that plays an important role in this matter.
The employer is needee for good fellows, and the imployee is in need of a good job.
If the interviewer feels that I have a team and I am conducting the interwiew to increase my team by including some more, He will never feel an upper hand.
I myself recruit some by interviews, but I din,t feel my upper hand, I feel that my team needs some more good fellows and some more good fellows are here for interview and may be by tomorrow they will be in my team.
SO Candidates,
Appear in the interview with confidence that the best will get selected
AND Employers,
Please donot feel that the candidates are only needee, Employers are also in need of honest, didicated and smartworking team for their growth.

Very good question raised by Anaya.

The company in which Anaya applied had given proper response and showed professionalism. Because in HR study we always learn that feedback is very important for all candidates.

Let me clear one common things that we are all forgetting. We all passed exams and entry tests and when we attempt any exam then we know how much we capable of and how many question we write upto the mark and after consultation with other candidates after exam/test we found our mistakes and after result declaration we evaluate our marks with the material what we wrote in exam/test. Examiner only check the paper and put the right marks on paper and give extra marks for those who wrote some special/extra material.

Like this when we gave any interview we know what mistakes we have done and if we did not found any mistake then we must consider it that there is something extra in other candidate who got the employment. Always try to improve yourself by digging out the different dimensions and be optimistic in every walk of life. Good luck to all of you.

Dear Ananya,
Although you have gone through rigorious interviews that has also consumed your time, yet you may note that the interviewers have at the last minutes found that you may not fulfill the duties and responsibilities outlined in the advertisement. Therefore, they have dropped you. Had the company replied you, you would had a good opportunity to polish the weak points, but I think the best way would be to go through again the vacancy and make calculations, in what areas you would not perform well incase the company invited you to work with. It could be good method to find out in what areas you still need to be developed.

Success comes if you are persistent enough !!
I am happy to share with all of you that after 15 days of continuous running after the Company's Professionals, today I finally got the feedback as to why I was rejected by the AVP.
It seems that the AVP was not conivinced enough with my anwsers to her questions as I couldn't substantiate my points properly.
Well, what I learnt from this experience is that HRs of big companies aren't all that bad afterall. Its just that they have been bugged by so many unprofessional candidates, that a genuine professional candidate needs to convince them of their real interest in getting feedback.
