Dear Friends,
I am Sam, and as HR Exec. In my plant I try to organize my training system, and in that I would like to identify skill level for trainees.
I already make fundamental level which includes basics and so., Now for skill development phase, I need help .
What and how to do ? what I should consider in that particular phase???

I will help you in setting the whole training department. It will include from the preparation of Training manual to establishing KRAs for the training department.
