Hi Jyotik,
Its very hard to get in to corporate company without having any experience in HR Field.
So as Raveesh says get into consultancy for some time gain some experience as recruiter than it will be easy for you to get into corporate for recruiter opening. There are some companies which offer trainee position if you are interested for trainee get on to it. Keep searching job portals for good opening.
