I am sorry for invading your HR privacy while i am not HR person.
I Dinesh Sharma working as Engineer in an organization in SAP Function (core team member)
Our Management decide to give incentive to all core team member, While all team member get above 1 lac i get only 15k.
I not accept this and return with below given Message.
I am wrong or right Please give comments and what kind of impression it will reflect.

Today i recieved this "incentive letter", but i am very
thankful to you for sending to me, but i think i donot need this
pittance, hence i am sending this back with regards since i am very
much happy with the salary i am getting.

Hi Dinesh,
I understand from your post that everyone is getting about one lakh except you for incentive right. But as far as incentive is concerned it is given for the employee who performs well in their job and completes their target successfully.
So why is that you have returned your incentive back based upon your performance at work they have given you the incentive. And one more thing is what you have written to your manager is absolutely wrong if you have any concern about your less incentive you should have spoken to him in personal rather than returning the amount with that write up of yours
