or no tier - 2-3 years of exp in HR Analyst Role.


Responsibilities & Activities Description

1. Improve HR Service Delivery through detailed process analysis for identification of problem and solution designing.

2. Undertake process improvements and reengineering projects.

3. Attrition Analysis, Performance Metrics Articulation & reporting, HR Process level analysis.

4. Process outsourcing ‚€“ design Solutions, Manage smooth transitions & monitor process till it is steady state.

5. Other HR Projects based on business needs.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Sound execution & implementation skills.

4. High Learnability.

5. Detail Oriented.

6. Sound knowledge of Microsoft tools ‚€“ excel & ppt.
