Its not 20 employees its 10 employees. If below 10 then co can opt for voluntary registration

For PF to be applicable there must be 20+ employees working in your organization,
Your organization should be "Factory" according to Factories Act 1948.
And the basic salary of your employees should be 6500/- pm below for mandatory PF applicability, irrespective of yours being a Pvt or Public Ltd Company.

I see it is mentioned for mandatory applicability of PF "Your organization should be "Factory" according to Factories Act 1948." In this case it is a software company having more than 20 staffs and no one having less than 7000 Rs salary. Should mandatory PF enrollment be done?

If my company is a PVT Ltd but there is no pf means we can take action. In our company there are more then 15 members. Am working for more then 2 years in this company . In our company there is no benefit . Now we are ask about the pf there is no from there. so pls give me a some tips about this sir.
