Hello Pallavi,
The seniors in this forum shall certainly help you with topics in marketing. Is it 'internal marketing' or 'international marketing.'
Time and again many seniors have suggested the budding managers to avoid using SMS language in this forum for the simple reason that CITE HR is a place to learn and get yourself tuned in to be a more effective manager in the near future.
The phrase that you have used ' guys n gals' is certainly may not be appreciated by all, and I suggest you edit this post for better response from any senior.
Thanks for letting me bring about this finer aspect in managing people - after all the HR person needs to be the one who listens, speaks to, attends to every single employee of the organization, including the COO, CEO, and or the President.
