Dear Members Can anyone would be able to share the details on 'Call Tree Exercise'. Since this terminology is new to me, I would be delighted to know more from your side.
"Call Three" is part of BCP ie. if there is a crisis, three levels of people will be contacted within a stipulated time.
First, three level of people will have to be identified, in case of crisis, the crisis monitoring centre will contact level 1, and level 1 will have to contact level 2, and level 2 will have to contact level.
The whole objective is to be able to contact th people incase of emergency. This is a test of contactability, hence the levels will have to be established and emergency contact numbers will have to be compiled before the "Call Three' Exercise.
Hope it helps.
