Resignation after completion of probation period
Hi i presently work in noida with software firm ..i was on 6 month probation period from feb 15 till 31st july. so now i completed my probation period and not signed any other documents such as probation extension agreement or not accepted any letter stating permanent employed agreement... my question is that if i resign now do i need to serve any notice period bcoz my employer had 2 moth notice period while in probation but my probation period is over... thanks

Hi need help regarding resignation in probation without serving notice period i have resigned to my company after 45 days of joining. currently i am in probation and they didnt mentioned anything about notice period in probation. now they are asking me to serve notice period of 3 months. so is there any chances of legal action if i didnt serve the notice period please help me. thanks ajay

Dear all one of my causin have joined one of the wll known company & have been working there for from last one month. he is not satisfied with his job profile and work culture & so wants to put the papers. in the appointment letter its mentioned that probation period will be of 6 months & also there is clause of notice period of 3months from either side. but in that notice period clause it not mentioned that whether its appicable after completition of probation or during probation also. can he able to resign on the short notice of one day or max week? or he will be liable to ocmplete the notice period in probation also? please guide. kshiti
Resignation mail - notice period was reflecting 30 days, though he is still in the probation
As per trail mail the employee has applied for resignation on 27 th october through the myhr portal but his notice period was reflecting 30 days though he is still in the probation period. he has officially served the notice period of 7 days post his date of resignation. requesting to consider the same in his fnf statement. this is the mail i received on my resignation mail from my hr after serving a week of notice. this is an acceptance of resignation or not?

Hi all i have one question regarding resignation under probation period in offer letter we have mention that you have to serve notice period for 1 month in probations period one of our employee is arguing that ' there is no any rule for resignation in probation period for one month as per law i am giving spot resignation and company has no rights for hold my salary " is it true? or not now a days company hold his salary and he is going to labour office for legal action kindly give me a suggestion what should i have to do ?

Hi this is sjj i have querry about notice period before resignation. one employee was on stipend and was working in probation period. he has left the job before compltion of probation. no prior intimation given about resignation. and he was nt confirmed also. so can we deduct his 1 month salary from his dues? or is there any other way to settle his account? pls thanks & regards sjj.
