Dear Friends,
I am sure you are all working as HR Professionals feeling a great sense of satisfaction. You might have just entered the profession or you are a well seasoned HR Professional. I always feel the selection of HR should be due to PASSION and not as a last resort in selecting the HR course or accepting HR Profession!
As such, everybody should have been inspired by some one in your life or in student days to do HR Course or in the beginning you might have got inspired by somebody to take up and continue the HR Profession, is it not? Don't you think it will nice to remember the person/s who inspired us to take up this wonderful profession!
So, why not friends, you share your thoughts, experiences, views about your that inspired person so that it would be a tribute to those who were insipirational to our present growth, achievements in this Profession.

The inspiration to me has been the world itself...
For i have seen life becoming mechanical, people just survining and not enjoying the gift of Life....
So i decided to change this and bring back life LIVE....
