Before drafting the Car Policy, decide to which category employees are entitled for the Company provide car facility.
Then fix the ceiling (cost) for different levels and the fuel consumptions per month.
After certain period (eg: 5 yrs) the car can be physically handed over to the employee, by giving an option to purchase the car at its written down value.
Please sit with your CEO and proceed further.
Thankyou for the advice, the problem is CEO is an Engineer and busy in projects and monetary concerns. i have a plan to provide him with different options, i will also share for further advice. Thanks again
