Dear All,
The plant in which i'm working is having around 1000 - 1100 workers and 150 - 250 staff members, which needs a lot of efforts and time in the preparation of Salary generation process and that's why our company has hired an third party for salary generation process. What we do is compile and process the data and then provide that processed data to the Salary Processor who do the calculations afterwards. So kindly help me out by providing information or suggestion on Salary Software which can reduce the work load leading into hassle free system.

U r want a easy solution regarding salary processing than you should follow some steps
1. How Many Total Employees working over there, out of them how many r entitled to take Over Time? Is this is as per Compliance (according to Law or not).
2. If there is normal system of OT and use manual attendance System(Shift wise) than You can handel all these things with the help of Exel Programme Calculation.
3. If you r preparing Compliance Based sheet Computerized formate of Time Card Sheet than u should take help of Salary Software.
