I work with one IT company which has BPO & KPO division too. I am planning to design a "Employee Satisfaction Survey" for all the divisions of my company where i want to cover maximum possible areas (including departmental, administrative, operational, financial and all other) so that we get the correct picture and we can work on employee satisfaction.
If anybody has some good Template or Sample on it which i might use as a guideline then i will be very thankful. This is kind of urgent so please reply fast.
