How to start hr department in growing construction company?
I am appointed as an 'hr' in a construction company. so basically i have to bring in hr practices. i am a fresher and straightaway setting up an hr department seems to be challenging. i don t know where to start? what are the basic files i should maintain? what are the policies i should start working on? what are the excel formats i should maintain? what are the software to have as an hr? how do i manage time of employees ? the management has completely thrown the challenge to me and asked me to send a written plan i need guidance on this. please help me as possible as you can thanks in advance.
