Dear HR Friends,
I am appointed as an 'HR' in a construction company. So basically i have to bring in HR practices. I am a fresher and straighaway setting up an HR department seems to be challenging. I dont know where to start?
What are the basic files i should maintain?
what are the policies i should start working on?
What are the excel formats i should maintain?
what are the softwares to have as an HR?
The management has completely thrown the challenge to me. Very cooperative and supportive. The management has also asked to conduct technical training programs for the civil site staffs. How to go about it?
Also I am instructed not to involve too much in admin works. How to distinguish between 'Strategic' and 'Admin'?
I need guidance on this.
Anticipating your guidance.
Thank You.
Regards,
Dany.
