Hi All, We get plenty of materials on how to hire a candidate, how to take an effective interview. But we very rarely think on terms as to how to keep a check on our recruitment executive and also was the candidate properly interviewed by the respective line manager, were relevant questions asked at the time of the interview?
One idea is to have a questionnaire developed and ask the candidate to fill the same once the interview process is over.
You all can suggest what types of questions should be included in the questionnaire.
Waiting for your feedback.

Dear Meenakshi,
The thought is incredulous. I am sure Organisation hire competent resources ( Recruitment and Line Managers ), and if required Train them on Interviewing Skills. The thought suggests lack of trust of an organisation on its own Managers.

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback.
But i believe this would help us to streamline our processes and organizations will get the feedbcak on how to make the candidate more comfortable.
I dont believe that it means disbelieving our employees, its just a tool to help ourself improve and provide better environment to the candoidates.

Hi Meenakshi,
Definitely you should implement Interview feedback questionnaire which will help you to understand whether there should be any changes in which the candidates are interviewed. It will only help you to improve the proces & image of the company. This should be viewed as improvement tool for your company. If possible take the Managersin confidence before implementing the feedback form.

Pooja
