When you decide salary for workers at the time alwys keep one thing in mind that it should not be violation of Minimum wages as applicable in the state and grade shall be given on the basis of your company grading system.

Thanks for your quick responses.We are a new company , started our operations 1 year back.We are into the process of framing all new systems & policies.I have to design a salary structure for non executives taking care of the Qualification(ITI,Diploma) and yrs of exp.I wanted help regarding no. of levels and scales with regards to this.
