this ppt is very illustrative -can it be followed up with 2-3 case studies-manifested dysfunctional behaviour(actual or hypothetical) followed by actual/propsed steps of intervention with the person(s) indulging in that dysfunctional behaviour ? That will help Poonam and others gain much more from your experience
