Dear Richatiwari04 , Pls note - 1. Normally the said documents required only for the system driven companies. Since yours seems to be an individual driven one, think in what way these are useful and neglect. If the candidate is evaluated and found suitable to the current requirement, pls don't insist. she is leaving the current company (informing or not informing) and quite naturally, management may not be so co-operative to give rel. letter, certificate etc. But have a thorough background check-up before appointing /confirming her in your own interest.
