I take this opportunity to introduce, Niche Communications, a corporate training firm specializing in Communication Skills and Soft Skills training, based in Mumbai.

We are a team of communication specialists with doctoral degrees and considerable training experience. I think you should also look at informal training
informal learning:
• Enhances learning by making it more integrated with a job and reinforces formal training
• Accommodates learner’s schedules, geographic
• locations and learning styles
• Takes less time
• Saves money
• Is how most learning is done anyway
• Provides immediate access to information
• Leads to better participation in learn
Look into implementing mobile learning along with your traditional learning and training.
